Magenta M nur 10 MBit statt 50 MBit VDSL

Hallo,

die derzeit verfügbare Datenrate liegt bei 10Mbit im Download, laut Breitbandmessung Bundesnetzagentur, bei einem VDSL 50 Anschluß.

Router reset bringt hier keine Abhilfe. Die Leitungskapazität schwankt laut Fritzbox auch ständig.

Ich hoffe hier auf eine schnelle Lösung.
