Ich hatte einen Telekom Vertrag für mein Festnetz. Dann buchte ich einen neuen Handy Tarif (Magenta Mobil S) hinzu. Auf der Buchungsbestätigung wurde ein Magenta Eins Vorteil von 10€ pro Monat ausgewiesen. Zu meiner grossen Enttäuschung steht in meiner folgenden Festnetz Rechnung ein Magenta Eins Vorteil von 0 Euro. Was läuft hier schief?
