Lights on but wifi still doesn’t work

The wlan and status lights are on for the smartbox device but not able to connect to wifi. Any help?

      What kind of "smartbox device" do you mean/use? Do you mean an Internet Access Device like a Speedport or a FRITZ!Box or do you mean a special Smart Home Base.

      Yes, but the Link-LED must be on, too. There is no Internet access without a DSL connection (or fiber optic connection).

       

      You have to report a malfunction:

      Can you open this page via WLAN or LAN connection?

       

      http://speedport.ip

       

      If yes, please switch the language to English and choose the Status-Button. Than look a the Firmware version. If it is not this version.

       

      https://www.telekom.de/hilfe/geraete-zubehoer/router/speedport-smart-3/firmware-speedport-smart-3

       

      download the actual one and install it.

      I had a look at your contract and your line. I've reset your line one more time. Does it work now? Are you able to set up your Router now?
