      Was stand denn im Subjektund im Body? Irgendwelche persönlichen Informationen (Kundennummer, Buchungskonto, Anschrift), die dir direkt zuzuordnen sind? Ansprache "Guten Tag", da folgt normal der Name "Herr/Frau XXX".
