Kündigung Vertrag Tarif Mitbenutzer

Hallo!

In dem Kündigungsschreiben ist der 17.09.2020 genannt, online im Kundencenter steht "Ende der Mindestvertragslaufzeit 22.09.2020".

Was stimmt nun?

Ich warte ja (am Tag der Kündigung) auf die E-Mail, in der die Umwandlung zu einem Freemail-Postfach erklärt wird, da ICH der Mitbenutzer bin. Muss ich meine Daten VOR dem Kündigungstag sichern???

    Hallo @HI2  wie  du dies  realisiert  ist  hier  erklärt:

    Umwandeln  zu  Freemail  inkls. deiner  Mails  kannst du  erst ab dem  Kündigungstag und nicht früher. 

     

    Ob das jetzt 17.09 oder oder  22.9 ist  ist nicht entscheidend  da man hierfür 6 Monate Zeit hat.

     

    Persönlich  würde  ich  dir raten  vorher  deine  Mails zu  sichern wobei man  generell regelmässig  sein Postfach

    sichern sollte.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
