Kundencenter Account löschen

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren,

ich versuche meine bestehenden Account zu löschen kann aber nirgendwo finden wo es geht. Und zwar möchte ich die E-Mail Adresse aus dem bestehenden Account ( dient zum Login ) für meinen eigenen Account. Ein netter Berater am Telefon hat mir dann erzähl, dass dieses nur möglich ist wenn man den Account löscht, dan. Wird die E-Mail Adresse wieder frei. 

 

Können Sie mir helfen?

    Hallo @jan-egbers,

     

    damit die E-Mail-Adresse aus dem bestehenden Account freigegeben wird, solltest du sie dort zunächst in irgendeine andere E-Mail-Adresse ändern und unbedingt den Haken herausnehmen, sodass die bisherige nicht für 90 Tage gesperrt wird.

    Dazu im E-Mail-Center oben rechts auf das Zahnrad gehen, dann links auf "E-Mail-Adressen" und dann auf "Ändern" klicken.

    Unmittelbar danach solltest du die alte E-Mail-Adresse dann in deinem neuen Account einrichten.

    Ich empfehle, im neuen Account einmal die E-Mail-Speicherdauer für jeden Ordner zu überprüfen. Dazu oben rechts auf das Zahnrad und dann links auf "Speicher" gehen.

     

    Wenn das alles erledigt ist und du ggf. noch Dinge aus dem alten Login wie Adressbuch, alte E-Mails etc. gesichert hast, könnte der Kundenservice für dich das alte Login löschen. Am besten dann nochmal hier melden.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
