Keine Wlanverbindung zum Smartphone

Hallo, 

ich habe mir gestern das Xiaomi Redmi Note 8T gekauft und unser Router Speedport Smart 3 verbindet das Wlan nicht dem Handy.

Alles schon versucht wie Neustart Handy und Router, Wiederherstellung des Smartphones. Es ist laut Smartphone auch keine IP-Adresse 

verfügbar aber eine MAC- Adresse. 

Wer kann bitte helfen.

      Du loggst Dich im Speedport ein unter der Adresse speedport.ip und dort gehst Du in den Bereich WLAN und wechselst im Bereich der Verschlüsselung von WPA2 auf WPA/WPA2
