Keine korrekte Gf-TA Dose vorhanden zum Anschluss eines Routers mit Modem

Hallo,

ich hatte einen Glasfaseranschluss bestellt.

Der Techniker, der wo ich dachte der eine neue GF-TA Dose setzt, damit ich meine Fritzbox 5590 direkt mit Glasfaser verbinden kann, hat jedoch nur auf die alte Dose eine Glasfaser ID geklebt und ist wieder gefahren.

Jetzt geht es immer noch vom HÜP direkt auf die alte klapp Dose mit integriertem Modem ( ONT ).

So kann ich meinen neuen Router mit Modem leider jedoch nicht betreiben. Das Glasfaserkabel kann ich nirgends einstecken im Keller.  4 Anrufe im Service waren leider ohne Erfolg.

Kann hier einer Unterstützen?

    Es ist bedauerlich, dass hier keine weiteren Reaktionen mehr erfolgen und lediglich E-Mails bezüglich des Widerrufs verfasst werden. 

    Ich habe das Anliegen nun abschließend gelöst und den Anschluss rückwirkend gekündigt. Es erfolgt keine weitere Umsetzung und es besteht kein aktiver Anschluss mehr über uns.

    Eine abschließende Information ist von mir separat per E-Mail erfolgt und auch die Kündigung wird mit einer E-Mail bestätigt.

    Somit habe ich deinen Wunsch erfolgreich umgesetzt. Auch wenn das Ende nicht optimal verlaufen ist, hoffe ich, dass die Situation sich beruhigt hat und in Zukunft Magenta erneut in Betracht gezogen wird.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
