Keine DSL (TAE) Buchse in neuer Wohnung

Hallo liebe Community,

ich stehe davor in meine erste eigene Wohnung zu ziehen. Natürlich soll es ein Telekom Internetanschluss werden. Jedoch beim absuchen der Wohnung, konnte ich keinen DSL Anschluss ( TAE Dose) finden, so wie ich es in den letzten Jahren gelernt und benutzt habe. 

Ich hätte paar Bilder von den Anschlüssen in der Wohnung gemacht. Den einzigen den ich erkenn ist der Kabelanschluss 😂 Die anderen sehen für mich alle wie LAN Buchsen aus. 

Daher meine Frage: Wie bekomme ich eine Internetverbindung zustande? Wo muss/wird der Router angeschlossen?

    Frag mal den Vermieter,

    evtl. werden die Wohnungen nur über TV-Kabel versorgt,

    und es gibt gar keine Kupfer Endleitung für DSL

    (nur nen APL im Keller, von dem es aber nicht weiter geht.)

    Danke für die schnellen Antworten! Der Vermieter meinte, der Hauselektriker wird sich mal bei mir melden und dies besprechen.

    ich würde auch wie @Buster01 zunächst bei dem Vermieter nachfragen. :) Solltest du noch Unterstützung benötigen, melde dich gerne.

    Da hat jemand eine Netzwerkbuchse an eine graue Leitung angeschlossen.

    Das sieht mir doch sehr nach Telefonkabel aus.

    Das kann man machen, ist aber nicht normgerecht.

    Kannst du einmal den Kasten im Ganzen fotografieren? Da enden die Netzwerkkabel, aber wo um alles in der Welt sollte man denn da noch Platz für den Router im Kasten finden?

    So wie @Carsten_MK2 sagt. Der Elektriker hat wenn ich das Bild richtig interpretiere die Endleitung (graues Kabel) die Richtung Apl der Telekom geht auf einem RJ45-Modul abgeschlossen. Da gehört eine 1. TAE dran. 

    Möglicherweise geht aber auch das orangfarbene Cat7-Kabel welches im Leerrohr verschwindet Richtung Apl. Geh mal in den Keller oder Hausanschlussraum und suche den Apl der Telekom. Wenn dort orangefarbene Cat7-Kabel oder graue Telefonkabel ankommen weißt du mehr.

    Update: Der Hauseletriker meinte, er verbaut keine TAE Dosen mehr, da diese veraltet wären.

    Super. Nun gibt es aber ein anderes Problem. Mein Auftrag wurde jetzt schon zwei mal storniert, da es anscheinend technisch nicht umsetzbar ist. Das Querkabel ist komplett ausgelastet. Es wird derzeit besprochen ob eine Erweiterung sinnvoll ist, jedoch schaut es momentan nicht wirtschaftlich dafür aus.

    Die Antwort klingt schon endgültig, dass es nicht wirtschaftlich ist. Ist in jedem Fall ärgerlich, wenn wir hier keinen Anschluss aktiveren können. 
    Dann bleibt wohl nur die Lösung, die Versorgung über einen Kabelanschluss zu nutzen.

    Dann kannst du dich von einem Internetanschluss der Telekom und auch eines Mitbewerbers verabschieden solange auf VDSL gesetzt wird und die Versorgung aus einem Multifunktionsgehäuse realisiert wird.

    Allerdings könnte  @Jacqueline G. mal prüfen ob eine Versorgung mit DSL (also Indoortechnik) möglich wäre und die möglicherweise fehlende Bandbreite mit Hybrid zu kompensieren wäre.
