Kein Glasfaseranschluss trotz Ausbau

Hallo,

bei uns (Detmold Ortsteil oettern Bremke) wurde vor einiger Zeit Glasfaserleerrohr von einem lokalen Unternehmen verlegt. Nachbarn haben inzwischen auch schon FTTH buchen können und erhalten. 
Meine Anfrage wurde mit diesem Text abgelehnt:

 

Sie werden über einen Unterverzweiger versorgt, der von uns nicht ausgebaut werden darf , da auf dem Hauptverzweiger bereits DSL Vectoring anliegt.

Bei Ihnen ist momentan nur eine Versorgung mit max 6Mbit möglich (Telekom)

Leider müssen Sie sich mit Ihrem Anliegen an die Telekom wenden. Evtl hat die eine Lösung für Ihr Anliegen.

 

Kann die Telekom evtl.  helfen oder muss ich wirklich Starlink buchen? Aktuell nutze ich einen Telekom Hybrid Anschluss der aber eher schlecht als recht funktioniert (regelmäßiger Zusammenbruch der Bandbreite aus <1mbit).

    Hallo,

     

    hier mal ein kleines Update. Ich habe inzwischen Antwort vom Kreis erhalten, es lag wohl ein Fehler vor:

     

    > Entsprechend der Pläne des geförderten Ortsteilausbaus wurde Ihre Adresse leider nicht berücksichtigt,

    > da uns zum damaligen Zeitpunkt von der Telekom eine Bandbreite an Ihrer Adresse gemeldet wurde,

    > die oberhalb der Aufgreifschwelle von 30 Mbit/s lag. Dass Sie tatsächlich deutlich weniger als 30 Mbit/s

    > bekommen und die uns damals gemeldeten Daten anscheinend fehlerhaft sind, ist auch für uns ärgerlich.

     

    Ich habe inzwischen Starlink gebucht und erhalten und werde das Thema Glasfaser hier vorerst ad acta legen.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
