Kabelinternet an neuem Hausanschluss

Hallo zusammen,

ich bin gerade umgezogen in einen Neubau. Die Telekom hat gerade das Kabel für den Hausanschluss verlegt, der Elektriker hat das Kabel nun am Hausanschluss (außenliegend) angeschlossen. Laut Elektriker muss nun noch jemand von der Telekom kommen und Kabel patchen.

 

Bisher war ich bei Vodafone kabeldeutschland und habe über Kabelinternet eine 200-tausender Leitung. Gestern habe ich bei vodafone kabeldeutschland angerufen. Laut ihnen ist bei mir in der neuen Wohnung nur DSL 16000 möglich. Alle anderen Nachbarn um mich herum haben aber die Möglichkeit über Kabel eine 400-tausender Internetleitung zu bekommen.

 

Nun zu meiner Frage:

Gibt es Hausanschlüsse, die keinen Kabelinternetanschluss ermöglichen? Oder kann Vodafone Kabel Deutschland mir nur noch kein Kabelinternet anbieten, weil die Leitung von der Telekom noch nicht korrekt angeschlossen ist?

    Du musst hier unterscheiden.
    Telekom verlegt „Telefon-Kabel“
    Vodafone verlegt „Kabelfernseh-Kabel“

    Untereinander ist da keine Kompatibilität möglich.

    Dein 200er kommt übers Kabelfernsehen, nicht über die Telefonleitungen.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
