Kabel Fehler e1

Good afternoon,
I'm sorry my German is not good enough yet, I hope English is not a problem.
Today the wifi was gone from a minute to another and it is not connecting ever since.
The error code is Kabel Fehler e1, but all the cables fit nicely.
What else can cause this error message? I can't even go the the speedport.ip site, it also does not connect (I'm using my mobile internet as I'm writing this).
Our router is a Speedport smart 4 typ A.
Could you please help me? We can't really work without internet.

Hello Ulrich,
Thank you for the quick response.
I try to create a ticket but it needs a landline number. I don't know our landline number (if there is one).
Is there another possibility to report a fault?

@Dénes: The order confirmation you received should contain the phone number. Otherwise you have to log in to the customer center:
https://www.telekom.de/mein-magenta-kundencenter
with the access data you have received, the landline number should also be there.

Thank you for your help.
The internet came back before I had a chance to report a fault.
At least now I know where to turn to in the future (I hope there's going to be no problem though).
