Kündigungsbestätigung kommt nicht an.

Hallo,

 

ich benötige dringend meine Kündigungsbestätigung per Post. Angesagt wurde diese nach 2-3 Werktage. Nun sind 8 Werktage vergangen. Wann kann ich damit rechnen, oder kann mir diese auch via Mail zugestellt werden?
