Issue Transfer prepaid contract from friend to my contract.

I recently ordered a MagentaMobile XL plan and wanted to transfer 2 of my friend's prepaid Telekom sims to my contract. I was told to first transfer their prepaid sims into my name. I asked the community for help and was told to fill up this form correctly.

I filled it out properly and did a video identification. Now, I got the message:

There is no mobile phone contract under the data you have specified.
So you cannot take it over. You must have made a mistake when entering the data.
The data must match 100%. The contract cannot be accepted if there is even the slightest inaccuracy.

I just checked.
The transfer worked for one number (940 at the end).
Now you have to do the same thing again for the other one.
Then the goal is reached.
