NO INTERNET CONNECTION on SPEEDPORT 4- NEW CONTRACT

Hello Telekom Community, I have applied online to have MagentaZuhause M packet on 27.10.22. In a few days I have received my rental router (speed port smart 4) on 5.11.22. Also a technician assignment was on 11.11.22 but I postponed it 21.11.22.After I received the router on 5th of November, I called the customer service ,with my broken German, to activate my device before the technician visit.  I have dialed my device's leitungs-ID and connected to a operator and she said that it will be activated in a short time. However It didn't. I have waited two weeks for a technician visit and finally he connected my device properly and said that it will be ok after 5 minutes and left. However It didn't.I try to solved the problem calling the customer sevice again but they said that they are able to see the connection, but when I try to connect the WIFI it is stated that I need to sign in https://anschlussinfo.de.In short, after many customer service call, I still don't have internet and most sadly I am losing my precious time. Any help is appreciated.

Ich habe am 27.10.22 online ein MagentaZuhause M-Paket beantragt. In ein paar Tagen habe ich meinen Mietrouter (speed port smart 4) am 5.11.22 erhalten. Auch ein Technikereinsatz war am 11.11.22, den ich aber auf den 21.11.22 verschoben habe. Nachdem ich den Router am 5.10. erhalten habe, habe ich mit meinem gebrochenen Deutsch beim Kundenservice angerufen, um mein Gerät vor dem Technikerbesuch zu aktivieren. Ich habe die Leistungs-ID meines Geräts gewählt und wurde mit einer Mitarbeiterin verbunden, die mir sagte, dass das Gerät in Kürze aktiviert werden würde. Das tat es aber nicht. Ich habe zwei Wochen auf den Besuch eines Technikers gewartet und schließlich hat er mein Gerät ordnungsgemäß angeschlossen und gesagt, dass es nach 5 Minuten in Ordnung sein wird und ist gegangen. Das tat es aber nicht. Ich habe versucht, das Problem zu lösen, indem ich den Kundendienst erneut angerufen habe, aber sie sagten, dass sie die Verbindung sehen können, aber wenn ich versuche, das WIFI zu verbinden, wird gesagt, dass ich mich anmelden muss https://anschlussinfo.de. Kurz gesagt, nach vielen Anrufen beim Kundendienst habe ich immer noch kein Internet und leider verliere ich meine kostbare Zeit. Für jede Hilfe bin ich dankbar.
