IP Problem Wordpress seite

Hi all,
i have a blog that i am working on that is a wordpress site. For some reasons i can access it when I use the hotspot per mobile phone, but never was able to load wit with my WLAN (Telekom). I used to do the trick of just restarting the wifi - hence changing IP address, and it used to work. But now even when i restarted wifi, it doesn't load.
I contacted the website hosting service and they said there is no problem on their server. It is an IP Problem in my home wifi, like a firewall or something. Has anybody had the same problem and how did you solve it?

You could try to set up another DNS Server in your router. For testing purposes, you might want to try 1.1.1.1 (Cloudflare), 4.4.4.4 (Google) oder 9.9.9.9 (Quad9).
Also, if the URL of your blog is not secret, please post it here so that we can check if this is a general Telekom DNS server issue oder indeed just one of your local wi-fi.

Hallo Thomas, thanks for answering, no it is not a secret, the website is quynhsmusing.com.
It's hosted with Bluehost. I contacted them and they said their server has no problem, they could load it fine. I called Telekom yesterday trying to solve it. They tried to lower the security standard of the wifi. to WPA, it didn't help. In the end they refer me to some digital home service from telekom (which is not free) so someone can come and check it at my home. So it is still not solved. I also tried with different Wifi (neighbors house, public) and the site loads fine there. I will google how to change the DNS server like you said. Many thanks

Hi,
I can reach your site w/o problems using Quad9 on my Fritzbox 7590 AX. Which router do you have? It should be easy to set up an alternative resolver. For the SpeedPort Smart 4, e.g., you will find the instruction on page 80 of the manual > https://www.telekom.de/hilfe/downloads/bedienungsanleitung-speedport-smart-4-typ-a.pdf#page=80
The setting should be similar for other routers.

Hello @quynhly.hk,
do you mean that you can't work on the site when you're connected with your wifi (problems with the wp-login, redirect or an error?)?
Or can't you even look at the site, like a guest viewer?
It might be an issue of the configuration of the router. Did you try to reset it to factory settings and let it get online by itself again, without installing a backup file? Then it has the standard settings.
