Internet stops working randomly

Hi, since a couple of weeks my internet stops working randomly. The middle button on the modem turns orange and there is no error message. A couple of time it asks me to check the grey DSL cable, but it is always connected. The connection works again after I press on the middle button. I have ran the online diagnostics, and nothing comes up. The only suggestion is to restart the modem, which I have done many times. This issue happens 2-3 times a day, mostly during the work ween. Please advise on what to do, thanks.

As discussed, I measured the connection and was able to see the interruptions. Currently, interfering frequencies appear to be disrupting the connection. I have now reset the line. If you experience any further interruptions, please contact us again.

Hi,
The problem seemed to be resolved for a few days. Unfortunately, this past week the same issues happened, the connection keeps dropping. Please let me know what I should do.

for your feedback and information.
Please restart the router once after you have completely disconnected it from the power supply for at least twenty minutes.
Only then does the router get the data completely new from the line.

Hi,
I have reset the router many times. Please note that this is the same issue I have reported first in this thread. I was contacted by Telekom (see response above from Timur K.) and it was confirmed that the interruptions were caused by interferences but we were not able to find the source. The issue is still persisting even after the line was reset.

I was concerned with restarting the router after at least twenty minutes of complete interruption of the power supply.
My colleague Fadi had checked your connection yesterday evening and found no interruptions.
