Internet Problem / No internet and DSL issue today

Hello! 

First off sorry for using english but my german is terrible. Long story short, today since 9am my internet has cut out about 4 times now... Sometimes for 5 minutes and the last time it was about 30 to 40mins (the dsl light blinks and can't find a connection). Usually my connectiom randomly resets about twice a day but reconnects after a minute or so.

I'd appreciate any help from customer service since I've tried the chat and the app tells me they're all occupied.

      Yeah I tried that and when it asks me to login my details it says no line is registered to my email... But when I try to login or setup an account with the festnetz nummer, it goes to an error when it says it'll send a confirmation to my email..

      There should bei a possibility just to enter your Phonenummer associated to your contract.

       

      Anyway i will wake Up the Team for further assistance.

      Yeah it just keeps giving me an error... Thank you and yes please... Also it seems it accidentally marked this as solved

       

      1. Update on the internet situation, it's now down for an hour and doesn't seem like it'll come back... Keeps searching for DSL

      The problem itself is currently fixed, but I already sent out a new router to make sure it stays that way.
