Internet problem - English

Hi,

 

Since the past hour my Internet has been disconnecting. It reconnects, after a couple minutes it disconnects again.

It is a 100/40 vdsl connection w/ a speed port smart 3.

If I look when connected router also says it synced at 70 Mbps, whereas this normally would be 100 ish. So something seems wrong somewhere.

I tried to call it in but I found no English menu option in the call center menu.

Anyone know how could this be reported or where in English?

      I think I only had to post here Fröhlichis stable since I posted this message, 7 minutes and going so maybe whatever was it was fixed. I just wish there was an option in the call menu for English like in some other countries TraurigFröhlichTraurig

      You could also try calling 08003301000, keyword "Störung" and ask for an English speaking operator.
