I am looking for an update on an order which I placed through Check24 on 16. August 2024. The order is for MagentaZuhause XL. On 18. August 2024 I received Eingangsbestätigung but have not received anything by post or by email since then. I believe this is the best way for English speakers to access support? (Apologies, I'm learning German but only at A2 and it is not good enough for this!).

Any help would be much appreciated.
