Internet DSL connection is delayed for two weeks

Hi,
I have subscribed to DSL connection from 2 weeks and until now I didn't receive any emails for confirmed installation date. The previous tenant in my apartment was using Telekom already. I just received confirmed email on the next day of registration but nothing recently afterwards and router also didn't deliver.

An order confirmation can take up to 3 weeks.
When did the previous tenant terminate his contract or move?

Maybe check what it says exactly in the email.
If it says "Auftragsbestätigung" it would mean that Telekom will install your line on the day mentioned in the email.
But if it says "Eingangsbestätigung", it only means that Telekom has received your request and is processing it. Unfortunately, Telekom has a bit of a bad habit where sometimes they don't inform potential customers in cases where the requested line cannot be provided. That could be the case if e.g. the previous tenants have vot moved or terminated their contract with DT.
A member of the official support team should soon beer here, they should be able to find out more.

yes I received ''Eingangsbestätigung'' but today after this post I received an email with appointment. However, the speed I requested cannot be installed as I wrote in my previous reply, so in this case I would prefer to cancel the order but not sure if it is possible to cancel if order was already processed and appointment scheduled?
