Internet connection falls repeatedly

Dear Concern,

For the last two days, I couldn't use my internet well. It disconnects frequently from time to time. When it disconnects the router yellow button blinks automatically. After then It appears good. Then the same problem occurs. I restarted my router and also plug in plug out but the same result.  I tried to solve this problem with chat but alas! I failed two times to connect with the employee of Telekom. Now how can I solve this problem?

      You should use https://www.telekom.de/kundencenter to report a malfunction (you could also call 08003301000 instead). If you cannot speak German, ask a friend to help you with the website or try an automatic translation with for example Google Translate.

       

      The URL to start with is > https://www.telekom.de/hilfe/hilfe-bei-stoerungen/leitungspruefung

       

      If I remember correctly, Telekom also have an English language telephone hotline. For fixed line, the number is 0800 33 01080 (to the best of my knowledge), but only available Mo-Fr 8am-8pm.

      Good evening @sabuz796 , I would like to take a closer look. Can you fill in your data profile and name me range of time, where I can call you?

      Hi @sabuz796 

       

      Do you have the opportunity to try another router? If the connection doesn't show any problems with another device, maybe the speedport is broken, and we have to exchange it.
