Internet connection disconnects often

Hello Support,
Yesterday, internet connection in newly moved apartment was activated, and then I am experiencing frequent internet connection disconnect .
Logs on my router (speedport w921v) says below.
08.03.2023 08:04:15 DSL ist verfügbar(DSL- Synchronisierung besteht mit 58244 kBit/s Down und 3529 kBit/s Up).(R007)
08.03.2023 08:02:31 PPPoE-Fehler: DSL- Synchronisierung verloren.(R013)
08.03.2023 08:00:55 DSL ist verfügbar(DSL- Synchronisierung besteht mit 51655 kBit/s Down und 9999 kBit/s Up).(R007)
08.03.2023 07:59:11 PPPoE-Fehler: DSL- Synchronisierung verloren.(R013)
08.03.2023 07:48:00 DSL ist verfügbar(DSL- Synchronisierung besteht mit 61343 kBit/s Down und 9999 kBit/s Up).(R007)
08.03.2023 07:46:16 PPPoE-Fehler: DSL- Synchronisierung verloren.(R013)

08.03.2023 13:31:04Konfigurator Sitzung abgelaufen. (G103)
I did performed below. But the situation remains same.
> Factory reset of router
> Manually configured DSL connection
> Configured router as modem, and setup DSL configuration on external router.
> Performed repair via MagentaApp.
At moment, internet is not usable . Could you assist in maintaining stability with the connection ?

Hey @Customer123 ,
I checked the router log and couldn't detect any other disconnects so far. So right now, I would wait some more days if the downstream is getting up again. The dynamic line management will "allow" that when it considers the connection as stable enough.

Logs on my router (speedport w921v)
I would also recommend a line check (like @Chill erst mal already wrote), but also changing the router to a newer device, e.g., a SpeedPort Smart 4 oder a Fritzbox 7530 or similar.
