Such a shame. They used to have an English language hotline, but unfortunately no longer provide it. Please fill you profile, someone from the Telekom hilft team might get back to you.
Also, in many cases no technician has to show up in person in your flat. If you have all necessary equipment, just connect it and check if it works (a Telekom router, e.g., should configure itself automatically).

I tried that. And i called to give them the Auswahl and Leitungs-ID. After 5 minutes on the phone and NO ENGLISH, i think he gave me a coupon for unlimited data on my cell while i wait. I already pay for unlimited data on my telekom cell phone account.
still, there is a 69 euro fee and a missed day of work waiting for a technician.
