Im Teufelskreis der FTTH Bestellung

vor 5 Jahren

Neubaugebiet, zugesicherter FTTH Anschluss (Telekom Placement Services, Infrastruktur Regio Manager etc.), den ich beruflich dringend benötige, gibt es keine Möglichkeit den Auftrag im Telekomshop zu erteilen, da die Home ID fehlt, kein Termin für die GF-TA / Modem lässt sich treffen - komplett im Regen stehen gelassen.

 

Gabe versucht die beteiligten Telekomparteien erfolglos zu verbinden. Der Shop meint es sei eine mehrmonatige Verzögerung möglich, der Vertrieb meint man könne doch einfach LTE dazukaufen, in einer Gegend, in der die Abdeckung im Haus extrem schlecht ist.

 

Wenn jemand helfen kann - vielen Dank im Voraus.

    ich stehe in regem Austausch mit meinem Kollegen aus dem Telekom Shop. Er teilte mir mit, dass er zu morgen einen Termin mit Ihnen vereinbart hat.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).

The Utiq technology is privacy centric to give you choice and control.
