I didn't receive my access number

Hi,
I have a landline/DSL service. I have a customer number and the order number.
I'm trying to setup my router to get internet but it's not working yet.
Could you contact me so I can get the letter with access number and password?

you can order them online:
https://www.telekom.de/kontakt/e-mail-kontakt/festnetz/zugangsdaten-bestellen
Or you can have this sent to you by telephone via customer service (08003301000) by e-mail and SMS or by post.
Please note that when you send the new access data, your old access data will immediately become invalid.
You have to enter these new access data into your router upon receipt.

I tried over the phone but I don't speak German.
When the technician installed the modem this week, I didn't have the router yet so he didn't set it up. He didn't give me anything.

I now have a TP-Link Model TD-W9970
When I tried to connect my computer directly, I don't have internet - neither with the router.

What is the Speed of your line? If it is faster than 100 Mbps (XL) then this router can't handle it.

Normally you won't need them. Try to enter something. If your account is in the default configuration, you will have internet (the line knows which account is connected to it).

Hello @sharanya,
your internet access has not been activated yet. That's why it's not working.
Please check your emails from May 28th. There you can find the activation date and the appointment with the technician.
