I am trying to reach Customer Service for my issue and I have sent letters at Bonn but I haven't heard from Telekom

It started in 2024, Telekom salesperson rang my doorbell and I signed the Glasfaser contract and he told me that they would switch my then-provider to Telekom in 3 months or so. But nothing happened and I didn't get any letters or emails from Telekom. So I thought this chapter is closed. Then in 2025 my internet contract was ending and I signed new contract from another provider in August and then in December 2025 Telekom charged me for the internet I am not using. I called customer service and she was not nice. I told her I didn't get any communication from Telekom so why do I have to pay. I also told her I don't want to pay for 2 years for something which is not my fault and she didn't help me, also when I said I can pay for three months maximum and can you then terminate my contract. Later I sent letter to Telekom at Bonn address stating the German clause § 323 BGB where I don't have to pay for services I didn't get. But, I didn't hear anything or received any reply. So now I don't know how to resolve this issue.

You write in English which makes me understand that your German is not that good but you refer to German law that even many German native speakers have difficulties in understanding... strange.
I am not a lawyer, but I am not convinced that this paragraph is applicable for your case.

Can we assume that prior to that there was a Telekom "Auftragsbestätigung" sent by Telekom that you have received, either by snail mail or by email? Upon reception of the "Auftragsbestätigung" you had a 14-day time period to simply step back from the ordered internet connection ("Widerruf").
The fact that you do not use the Telekom connection is this due to that Telekom does not deliver or due to that you simply do not use the Telekom connection because you do not need it, because you now have a different one? Only if Telekom finally does not deliver (means you must have raised complaints that the Telekom service does not function) which is their contractual duty I think you can get out of the contract legally.

Which address and have you sent this via "Einschreiben" with which you can prove that the letter has been delivered to Telekom?

Hi, Thank you for answering.
You are right my German is not that good. But the law number I got it from my German friend when I told him my situation. As for I can cancel the contract in 14 days how could I when I just got the initial email when I signed the contract when the sales representative was at my door in 2024. Afterwards there was no communication either through email or via letter. He also told me I would switch to Telekom in three months in the year of 2024 which didn't happen. So for me the chapter was closed I didn't even have the contract number at that time to reach out or Zugangsdaten or anything. Now fast forward to December 2025 where Telekom started charging me for the Internet I am not using. This I got to know about when I logged in to my bank account as I said I didn't get anything for me to know I have an active contract with Telekom which got activated in August 2025. Had I known before then why would I have gone for different provider or why did I start reaching out to Telekom in December.
And If the law number I mentioned is not applicable then which law number would you suggest is the right one for my situation.

Unless done already pls fill your forum profile, also give information on time periods when a Telekom teamie might call you (at the beginning of the call the teamie will ask you for the last digits of your IBAN bank account number, for authentication purposes)
