Hybrid LTE not working

I have had Speedport Pro Plus router with Hybrid LTE for about 3 weeks now and everything has been working fine until recently. Now i cant get more than 1 green light even with 3 blue lights of LTE service available. I have tried restarting my router, Ive factory reset my router and setup everything again. No good, still wont work, any suggestions?

one green light is perfect.
why are you expecting more than one green LED?

The person that set up my router said i should have 2 green lights and didnt leave until she was able to get 2 green lights. I was told the 2nd light is the LTE backing up the regular internet for a faster service. like i said previously, it had been working and i was able to stream videos, but not anymore

I have checked your LTE connection and the download is fine for streaming.
Is it working again in the meanwhile?
