Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
The Utiq technology is privacy centric to give you choice and control.
It uses an identifier created by your telecom operator based on your IP address and a telecom reference such as your telecom account (e.g., mobile number).

Das liegt nicht am Router sondern am im Mobilfunk üblichen netzseitigen CGNAT. Du könntest versuchen den APN auf "internet.t-d1.de" umzustellen. Wenn das mit deiner SIM funktioniert, dann bekommst du darüber eine öffentliche IP-Adresse.
Aber Vorsicht, mit der öffentlichen IP-Adresse bist du auch für Traffic erreichbar, den du gar nicht haben möchtest, z.B. Portscans. Diese unerwünschten Daten werden ggfs. auf dein Highspeed-Volumen angerechnet.

Danke für die Antwort und ich werde diesen APN auch noch ausprobieren . Aber ich habe auch einen beitrag von einem Huawai service Mitarbeiter vor einer weile im Huawai Forum gefunden welchen ich hier einfach mal wiedegebe .
Thank you for reaching Huawei! Network address translation is the process of modifying source and destination IP addresses when IP packets are transmitted across a router or firewall. The purpose of this process is to translate internal (private) IP addresses into external (public) IP addresses to provide a solution to the impending exhaustion of IP addresses. Mobile Broadband supports port-restricted cone NAT and symmetric NAT. You can configure the NAT settings as required.
1. Connect your computer to the router's Wi-Fi network (or connect the computer to the router's LAN port using an Ethernet cable). Open your Internet browser. Enter 192.168.8.1 in your browser address bar and log in to your router's web-based management page.
2. Choose Advanced>Security>NAT Settings. Select Cone or Symmetric.
Please Note:
- Cone: to enable port-restricted cone NAT. This type of NAT are more compatible with applications (including applications on game devices), although it provides lower security.
- Symmetric: to enable symmetric NAT. This type of NAT are generally adopted by gateways with higher security.
Please Note: CPE does not currently support NAT type 1 and NAT type 2. The Cone is NAT type 3 and the Symetric is NAT type 4.

Zusätzlich zum CG -NAT.
Auch der von @lejuppgenannte APN stellt keinesfalls sicher, dass er über die Laufzeit eines Mobilfunkvertrages nutzbar ist, das ist "kein offizieller" APN , der vertraglich zugesichert wäre.
