How to change technician appointment date

Hello, 

 

I recently ordered a package DSL. Telekom set an appointment date. on that day, I am busy. I have chatted with an agent and she changes the new date but I did not get any email or SmS. how can I notice the date is changed?

      The date of the appointment got changed to the 14th of January 2021. Is that correct?

      No, I am busy on 14.01.2021. your colleague said to me the date change to 18.01.2021. 18.01.2021 is good for me.

      Alright, got it. So you changed the appointment to 14th of January, but now you need the old one with 18th of January back. I informed our Disposition.
      I'll keep you up to date. As soon as the appointment is confirmed I'll come back to you.

      Thanks for your quick reply and nice support.

       

      in fact, the first suggestion date was 14.01.2021(old date). I have asked your colleague to change on 18.01.2021(new) but I did not get any email or SMS. I would like to check and put my appointment to 18.01.2021.

      They tried to reach you twice, but you didn't answer the call.
      Now I can see the 19th of January 2021 for the appointment.
