How can I confirm my MagentaZuhause XL contract has not been changed?

Hello Telekom Community Team,
I need help confirming that my contract has not been changed without my consent.
My MagentaZuhause XL contract became active today. In the afternoon, a technician called me from 0800 3307000 and asked whether I had received, installed, and connected my router. I told him I had activated it via Ready to Surf, but my speed was only 16 Mbit/s.
He said he would make some settings at the street cabinet and check my line. He called back shortly after and told me the maximum speed available at my apartment is approximately 150–160 Mbit/s. However, my contract is for up to 250 Mbit/s.
Because the line cannot reach the contract speed, I initially thought it would make sense to switch to MagentaZuhause L. He said he could contact operations or backend management to change my contract to the L plan. But I later learned that MagentaZuhause L only offers up to 100 Mbit/s, so I want to keep my MagentaZuhause XL plan.
Could you please confirm whether my contract is still MagentaZuhause XL and that no change to MagentaZuhause L has been submitted or processed?

You should delete your Kundennummer and your Auftragsnummer from your post and put this info in your profle
