Hallo und Guten Tag,

 

ich kann mein Homepagecenter nicht öffnen.   Erhalte folgende Antwort: Oops, an error occurred! Code: 202308151359429ea98aef – (Windows 11, Firefox)

Bei Google und Microsoft Edge lässt sich das Hompagecenter öffnen. Was bedeutet der Code? Habe bereits den Cache geleert. Weiß jemand Rat? Danke.

    Danke an alle für die nette Unterstützung!!!

    So konnte das Problem endlich lösen: Ich habe in der Lesezeichen-Symbolleiste des Firefox-Fensters die Webseite, die mich mit dem Homeagecenter bisher verbunden hatte, gelöscht. Sie war wohl ungültig geworden.

    Über  die Telekom Hilfeseite: Wie starte ich den Homepage-Designer,  konnte ich mich mithilfe des angeboten Links in mein Homepagecenter wieder einloggen.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites, listed here (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
