Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator

Hallo, ich habe an meinem Zweitwohnsitz Interesse an einem DSL Anschluss. Leider ist meine Hausnummer in Ihrem Verfügbarkeitscheck nicht enthalten undsomit auch keine Information/ Buchung möglich. . Die Nachbarn haben DSL und die Freileitung verläuft entlang der Grundstücksgrenze. Mit freundlichem Gruß T.R

Hast du schon mal geschaut, ob du einen APL an der Außenwand des Hauses oder im Keller/Technikraum findest.?
Oder siehst du eine Freileitung für Telefon zum Haus?
Falls nicht, lässt das vermuten, dass dein Zweitwohnsitz keinen Hausanschluß der Telekom hat.
Dann müßte der Hauseigentümer einen Hausanschluß beauftragen.
Kostet derzeit pauschal 800 €uro und dauert ca. 8 - 10 Monate.

Ok. Danke. Grundstück und Haus (Bungalow) gehören mir. Ein Hausanschluss ist nicht vorhanden. Ein Mast mit einem Verteiler steht ca 10m entfernt. Ich dachte an einen APL an der Grundstücksgrenze bzw. auf meinem Grundstück und ein (selbst) verlegtes Kabel bis zu einer Dose im Haus. Eine Freileitung zum Giebel, wie hier einige haben , kommt aus verschiedenen Gründen nicht in Frage. (Hanggrundstück, Ansicht...) Aber 800€ und 8 bis 10 Monate Wartezeit...

Ein Mast mit einem Verteiler steht ca 10m entfernt. Ich dachte an einen APL an der Grundstücksgrenze bzw. auf meinem Grundstück und ein (selbst) verlegtes Kabel bis zu einer Dose im Haus.
Steht der Mast 10m vom Haus (also noch auf deinem Grundstück) oder 10m von der Grundstücksgrenze?
Also normalerweise müsstest du ein Leerrohr vom Bungalow bis zum Mast, bzw. bis zur Grundstücksgrenze verlegen. Der APL kommt dann an/in den Bungalow.
Aber 800€ und 8 bis 10 Monate Wartezeit...
War das eine Feststellung oder ist das ein Problem?

@Ludwig II hat hier schon wichtige Fragen gestellt. Vielleicht hast du auch Antworten hierzu. Gab es einen Vormieter?
Wir können gerne dazu telefonieren und schauen, ob wir irgendwie weiterkommen. Wann passt es bei dir mit dem Rückruf?

du hast dich da ja bereits schlau gemacht.
Ein neuer Anschluss muss beim Bauherrenservice beauftragt werden.
Dort wird dann geprüft, ob ein Anschluss hergestellt werden kann.
Das geht dann entweder über die Pauschale von 800 € oder, wenn ein höherer Aufwand nötig, ist über einen Kostenvoranschlag.
Den Auftrag kannst du hier einstellen oder du meldest dich telefonisch unter der 0800 33 01903 direkt beim Bauherrenservice.
