Hallo,

ich habe seit 3 Wochen eine Störung gemeldet und bin seit dem ohne Internet. Nun habe ich ein Schnellstart-Set bekommen, benötige hierfür aber einen LTE Stick für meine Fritzbox 7490 um das Homenetzwerk nutzen zu können. Von der Telekom habe ich dafür einen Gutschein über 40,--€bekommen. Im Shop wurde mir dann gesagt, dass dieser Gutschein nur für Handy-Zubehör genutzt werden kann und der Stick ein "Endgerät" ist. Wie kann ich nun an diesen LTE -Stick  ( IK41VE1) für 39,-- kommen? Gibt es einen Gutschein für Endgeräte?

    Hallo @Diego2022?? 

     

    Soweit ich weiß, lässt sich die Simkarte des Schnellstart nur im Schnellstart Router nutzen, siehe dazu z.B. hier unten im Kleingedruckten: "Der Tarif Zuhause Schnellstart ist ausschließlich mit dem genannten Router nutzbar."

     

    Du kannst aber die Fritzbox so konfigurieren, dass sie die Internetverbindung des Schnellstartrouters über WLAN nutzt.

    Hallo @Diego2022??,

     

    herzlich willkommen in der Community.

    Im Grunde sind schon alle Infos da. Die SIM Karte ist nur für den Schnellstartrouter gedacht, aber deine Fritzbox sollte das bereitgestellte WLAN nutzen können, ohne dass du noch einen extra Stick benötigst.

     

    Die Gutscheine für den Shop sind in der Tat nur für Mobilfunkzubehör.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
