habe ich mich an Glasfaser Nordwest gewandt um die Frage für meinen Fall Cuxhaven beantwortet zu bekommen bevor ich Glasfaser beauftrage.

Die Antwort:... , bitten wir Sie, sich in Verbindung mit Ihrem Telekommunikationsvertragspartner zu setzen und den Sachverhalt entsprechend zu klären bzw. den Auftrag freizugeben.

Der Verweise von Telekom auf Glasfaser Nordwest und dann wieder auf Telekom hilft leider nicht.

Können "wir" diese Frage beantworten, so dass ich weiß was ich bekommen würde? Ich habe gerade diesen Fall bei einem Wettbewerber und ich kann sagen, dass man nicht Glücklich ist, wenn man für 24 Monate an etwas gebunden ist, dass nicht so funktioniert, wie man sich das vorstellt.

    Hallo @Sushifix,

     

    es gibt keine Regio-Glasfaseranschlüsse bei Glasfaser Nordwest. 

    Das heißt also, dass du trotzdem die Leitungen zu Glasfaser Nordwest gehören, du dual Stack hast. 😊

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
