Glasfaser Wechsel Anbieter (+ Domain und Fax)

Kunde / Freund hat jetzt DSL bei 1&1.

Ich möchte einen Auftrag für Wechsel zu Glasfaser bei Telekom beauftragen (forFriends). Der Ausbau ist geplant für "zwischen 11/24 und 10/25". Kunde hat jetzt 2 genutzte Nummern (Tel. + Fax).
- Da Fax noch benötigt wird: Kann die Portierung beider Nummern beim Wechsel (forFriends) gemeinsam beauftragt werden?

- Kunde hat bei 1&1 noch eine de-Domain (zur Zeit nicht genutzt, nur registriert). Kann diese auf gleichzeitig mit dem Glasfaser-Auftrag gewechselt werden?

    Ja.
    geht am besten über das PDF Formular welches ersichtlich ist im Portal.

    Eine Domain hat rein gar nichts mit dem Festnetzvertrag zu tun siehe hier:

    Mein Tipp zur Domain.
    Nie zu einem Provider für Internetanschlüsse mitnehmen, macht jeden Anbieterwechsel super aufwendig.

    Ist natürlich die Masche dahinter, dass man dann nicht mehr wechselt.

     

    Bleibt damit unabhängig.
    Wobei die nicht bei 1und1 ist, sondern bei IONOS und damit schon unabhängig ist.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
