Glasfaser - Verkabelung

Hallo 

bei uns am Ort ist nun Glasfaser verfügbar und ich würde gerne prüfen, wie ich das im Haus verkabelt bekomme, bevor ich mich entscheide, da mitzumachen.

Aktuell kommt in der Waschküche im Keller die DSL Leitung rein und läuft dann über ein Telefonkabel ein Stock höher - aber dabei "diagonal" zur anderen Seite des Hauses - ins Büro zum Router (FritzBox 7490) an dem dann die DECT Telefone, mein Homeoffice Rechner und der Drucker hängen. Ich glaube nicht, dass ich auf diesem verwinkelten Weg eine Glasfaserleitung verlegt bekomme und das Haus mit Kabelkanälen zu durchziehen finde ich auch nicht so schön. Ich habe aber bereits ein LAN Kabel vom Router zurück in die Waschküche (Photovoltaik).  Leider ist das Rohr zu eng für eine zweite Leitung 

 

Meine Idee wäre nun, in der Waschküche sowohl das Glasfaser Modem als auch einen (neuen) Router zu installieren. Danach dann ein LAN Kabel zur PV Anlage und  über das bereits verlegte LAN Kabel geht es hoch ins Büro. Den alten Router (FritzBox 7490) dort würde ich dann als Access Point für LAN, WLAN und DECT Telefone bzw. Switch für die LAN Anschlüsse im Büro, verwenden.  Das verlegte Kabel wird dann also zum Eingang für den Bürorouter. 

 

Würde das so gehen?

    Ja, neben das GF-Modem einen Router (Fritzbox) platzieren und verbinden. Der Router ist dann für den Aufbau der Verbindung zuständig ("Border"-Router). Dann  mit dem LAN-Kabel den alten Router im Büro verbinden und im Client-Modus für WLAN und Telefonie und weitere LAN-Ports betreiben.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
