Glasfaser appointment but no router.

Dear all,

I signed a contract for Glasfaser at my place (mehrfamilienhaus) last October, but due to issues getting the connection into the keller, the connection to my appartment will only be finalized next Monday.

Despite all of this, I haven't received my router and have no way of knowing if one is on the way. I have checked my order and I definitely ordered one. Will the technicians bring it on Monday?

Alternatively, I can also order one from Amazon, which arrives in 2 days. However, I'd need help canceling the existing router order from Telekom.

      Hello @user_fe8774 , no, this would just apply for included options or further devices, that are booked together with the device. :-)
