Geburtstagsgeschenk Powerbank nur 5000mAh?

ich konnte mir auf treuegeschenk.telekom.net unter anderem eine große Powerbank

aussuchen, welche ich mir auch bestellt habe.

 

Heute ist sie gekommen und hat nur 5000mAh, meiner Erinnerung nach hatte die

dort angegebene aber 10.000 oder sogar 20.000, ansonsten hätte ich das Geschenk

niemals gewählt.

 

Mit meiner Auftragsnummer kann ich weder im Kundencenter noch sonst wo nähere

Informationen bekommen. Und leider kann ich mich auf der Treuegeschenk Seite

auch nicht mehr einloggen.

 

Kann mir jemand sagen, wie viel mAh die aktuelle Powerbank im Treuegeschenkshop

hat? und was kann ich tun um diese dann umzutauschen - sofern sie mehr als 5000mAh hat?

    wenn das Geschenk "Powerbank" sich nicht in den letzten Jahren drastisch geändert hat, dann sind 5000 mAh in dem bisherigen Rahmen.

    also meine letzte Powerbank als Geburtstagsgeschenk hatte 2600. Das war innerhalb der letzten Jahre.
    Die jetzige ist eine "Powerbank mit Softtouch-Oberfläche", eine platte.

    Der geschenkte Gaul...

     

    Die Kapazität der Powerbank ist altersabhängig.

    Bei den ersten 25 Geburtstagen ist von einer höheren Restlebenserwartung auszugehen, weswegen dort die größeren Powerbanks benötigt werden.

    Danach kann aufgrund der geringeren Restlebenserwartung die Kapazität linear sinken.

    Ich habe gerade einmal nachgesehen und muss gestehen, dass in dem Portfolio gar keine Powerbank gezeigt wird. Daher kann ich zu gar keine Angaben machen. Aber ich informiere gerne das entsprechende Team, die sich darum kümmern können. Es wäre super, wenn Sie Ihre Daten im Profil speichern, sodass ich mit Ihnen in Kontakt treten kann.     gehe einfach allgemein davon aus, das die Geburtstagsgeschenke in der Klasse der Werbegeschenke liegt, die man gerne in der Jahresendzeit von Firmen und Kunden so bekommt (Kugelschreiber, USB-Sticks, usw). Der Wert wird sich maximal bei 5-10 EUR einpegeln.
