I‘m very confident an invoice was attached showing all details. You can review it in the customer Center or app as well.
Maybe there’s an installation fee, basic fee for past and recent month.

The installation was free, due to buying the contract from Check24. And basic fee on contract is 20€, but on the invoice it’s written as 41€.
I tried to look for explanation, but I couldn’t find one.

Please check the time period for the basic fee.
Also, is the tariff written as „MagentaZuhause Young“?
Did you check the order confirmation and ensure it is as expected?

Hi, I just had the same problem, when I made the order it's said that the monthly cost would be 19.95, but my first invoice that I just received told me I will need to pay 58 in total. I wonder have you already resolved your questions?
