Hi! We switched internet providers to Telekom since the end of August, however our connection is currently on VDSL while waiting for the fiber internet box to be installed in our apartment. I signed up for 300 Mbits Glasfaser Internet but my current and temporary Telekom VDSL connection is only at 100 Mbits. Based on the screenshot below, there's a delay because Telekom's partner in installing these boxes are still waiting for the approval of my landlord. I already gave the necessary information about my landlord upon signing up with Telekom (Jan. 2025) however my landlord said nobody has ever contacted them about this approval. Can someone from Telekom's Glasfaser team please check what's going on?  Thanks in advance for the assistance.
