I am very dissatisfied with the way you treat your customers! I signed a contract with your company on 05.26.2024 and on 06.06.2024 you sent a team consisting of a technician who did absolutely nothing. He came to my house and told me that he couldn't install the internet because there was no socket for it. I told him that in this house another family has internet from Telekom but he said that was not true and left without finding out better. He preferred to play with my little dog instead of doing his job! If you look in your system you will see that there is another contract at the address Innstrasse 20! So he did not want to do his job and preferred to leave.
On October 6, 2024, I called your company again to reschedule. The lady at the front desk told me that she would make me an appointment for 06/19/2024. In the meantime, I had an electrician come to install an outlet in the house. After the electrician installed the outlet, I called you again to let you know that the outlet is now installed. However, the lady at the front desk confirmed to me that I did not have an appointment on 06.19.2024 and that I would need to reschedule. She then made me an appointment for 06.24.2024!
So gentlemen, I don't know how you respect your customers, but I see that you don't care much about respect and honor! I want action to be taken on this matter as soon as possible. I want this message to reach your manager and he checks why the people in charge are not doing their job! On 06/15/2024 you sent me a message saying that my internet connection is fine and I can surf! I paid a gentleman to install the modem you sent and it doesn't work. He told me that I have no connection to the DSL!
Either you take quick action to resolve the issue or we will terminate the contract. This is unacceptable. Please, I ask you not to mock your customers and respect them as much as you claim to do.
