Entered wrong modem ID. Need to reset fiber optic connection.

Hi.

I have a Vodafone fiber internet contract, but the fiber infrastructure is managed by Telekom. I registered my connection through the Telekom registration link, but I mistakenly entered my old Modem-ID instead of the new one from the FritzBox provided by Vodafone. Telekom redirected me to Vodafone, but Vodafone has not yet resolved the issue. I need my registration reset so I can enter the correct Modem-ID and complete the activation. Could someone help?

Ich habe einen Vodafone-Glasfaser-Internettarif, aber die Glasfaser-Infrastruktur wird von der Telekom verwaltet. Ich habe meinen Anschluss über den Telekom-Registrierungslink eingerichtet, aber versehentlich meine alte Modem-ID anstelle der neuen Modem-ID der von Vodafone bereitgestellten FritzBox eingegeben. Telekom hat mich an Vodafone verwiesen, aber Vodafone hat das Problem bisher nicht gelöst. Ich benötige eine Zurücksetzung der Registrierung, damit ich die korrekte Modem-ID eingeben und die Aktivierung abschließen kann.

Kann mir jemand dabei helfen?

    What should I ask them to do..? Contact Telekom to reset my connection?

    Only your provider can reset the registration or enter the new modem ID, in this case Vodafone 👍🏽 Please contact their support 🙂

    tell same what's the Problem is and she say should know.

    Telekom, does not even have your Customer Data

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator


We, Telekom Deutschland GmbH, use the Utiq technology for digital marketing or analytics (as described on this consent notice) based on your browsing activity across our websites (only if you are using a supported internet connection provided by a participating telecom operator and consent on each website).
