(English) Technician came but I still dont have internet

Yesterday, a technician came to install my Fritz!Box router. I signed up for a Telekom DSL connection through CHECK24. The DSL line is synchronized and stable, but the PPPoE login does not work. The connection does not seem to be activated yet. 

I signed the contract in January, and I have been charged for the router + installation, but I have not been charged for this month's internet. I wonder if that is the reason why Telekom has not activated my connection. 

I don't speak German, and there is no English phone contact, so I am writing here. I am willing to give my credentials and information if someone can help me. Thanks.

      If my phone number does not work, please tell me. My order may be associated with an older phone number even though I think I managed to change it.

      I'm very sorry, of course we do see the information already. 

      Actually it got very late, so I suppose that we'll call you tomorrow. 

       

      I guess the technician forgot to close the order for the installation. That's why your contract is still not active. We'll have a short call, and then we can send a note to the technical department to close the order.
