Early contract termination due to leaving Germany

Hello,

I'm having an extremely difficult time trying to cancel my internet service because I am leaving Germany for good. The online cancellation form has some glitches that make it impossible to complete. For example, my birthday is in November, which is not listed in the calendar dropdown menu. All I want to do is submit my formal request. It should be a very simple, 5-minute task. Can someone please help me?

November is not in the calendar dorpdown menu?

You have to choose the Year fist, then you will see November.

Only with year 2003 the calendar goes until September. (Otherwise you cant have a contract, bc you are under 18)
