Hi. I signed for the 1gbps Fiber contract starting Dec 2025. The door guys came in Feb 2025 stating that Fiber is already knocking at my door and will 100% be established in December. Telekom took the responsibility to cancel my previous 1gbps cable tariff with other provider. Today is almost April, I have no fiber still (the only reason I changed provider). All I have is 100mbps DSL (which is not enough for our home office jobs), and a note that "we issued the approval from your landlord in July 2025, but got nothing". This is not how the things are done.
I want to speak to someone on the short cancellation.

Just as mentioned before a cancellation of the fiber order is not possible in your case. We need the permission of the landlord in order to go on with the whole process, so you can get the fiber connection. So it's your landlord's turn now.
In the meantime I can offer you an upgrade for your current contract, so you'd get more speed via a Hybrid tariff - MagentaZuhause XL Hybrid.
This combines DSL-Speed (currently 100MBit/s) and mobile data, so you'd be able to use up to 250 MBit/s. In order to be able to use this combination, an additional device is needed, a 5G -receiver, that's mounted outside your apartment. What we've talked about was the MagentaZuhause XL Hybrid, which is regularly at 55,95 €. In your case I had a short-term discount.
