Double billing and deducted money from account.

I moved to new location in the month of October. I received bill for my new address. But last month on December 14th telekom generated a new bill for my old address and deducted money from my account. I see there are two different customer numbers in two invoices for different locations. I transferred my connection from old to new. I would like to request to have a look into it on an urgent basis.
This is not expected.

How did you apply for the move?
Did you apply for a real move from Telekom or just a contract at the new place of residence?
