Hallo habe gerade meine Festnetzrechnung studiert und mir ist aufgefallen dass mir die Disney Plus Option berechnet wird obwohl diese zum 21.09.2020 gekündigt wurde. Kündigungsbestätigung liegt auch vor.

Ich hoffe dass dies storniert werden kann.
