Delayed Letter After Order Placement

I am very glad that there is a community where I can raise my inquiry.
I submitted my DSL order on 29 September 2025, and three weeks have passed since then, yet I still have not received the letter that would allow me to pay the deposit. Based on the interactions in the community, I have learned that waiting for more than three weeks may not be normal. Therefore, I would like to know whether there is anything I can do, other than continuing to wait indefinitely, to at least understand the processing status of my order.

Hi, hello. I placed my order through Check24, and I contacted Check24 by email to inquire about my Telekom order number, which should be XXXXXX. For some reason, I am unable to save it in my account information.
In addition, I have already updated my phone number to the one used when placing the order.
