Defekte Freileitung

Liebes Telekom Team,

 

ich schreibe Ihnen als Vorsitzender einer Wegeintressenschaft (Realverband) , auf deren Grrundstück sich eine Freileitung befindet.

 

Ich gehe davon aus, das die sich auf dem Grundstück "Westerhaler Weg in 29683 Bad Fallingbostel" befindliche Freileitung von der Telekom vor langer Zeit gebaut wurde. Verträge hierzu sind mit nicht bekannt/ liegen mir nicht vor.

 

Diese Freileitung ist seit Anfang 2022 (nach dem Sturm) durch zahlreich Bäume mehrfach zerrissen und die Kabel liegen im Wegebereich umher.

 

Offensichtlich ist an dieser FReileitung kein HAus mehr angeschlossen.

 

Da nunmehr ein Freischnitt des Wegesprofiles erfolgen soll, müssen die Überreste der Freileitung abgebaut und entsorgt werden.

 

Für uns stellt sich nun folgende Frage:

 

Wo ist derVertrag (Grundlage) für diese Leitung?

Wer hat bzw. entsorgt die Kabel sowie Pfähle.

Wer ist unser Ansprechpartner bei der Telekom?

 

Über eine baldige Antwort würde ich mich sehr freuen.

Use of Utiq technology powered by your telecom operator
